2018 / 2019 exhibitions / inspirations

Exhibitions are an experience of inspiration:
that of others who give themselves to you
and ours, solicited, stimulated.

I like to admire! The intelligence, the creativity, the emotion received are powerful engines to think far and clear, simple remedies to small daily hurts and delicious foods for the soul.
The best discoveries are those that take you by surprise during a trip, an unplanned getaway.

Moments of grace, such as the Menil Foundation in Houston, a wonderful and soothing place where you are not allowed to take a picture and thanks god!

Poetic immersion in the facilities of Pipilotti Rist at the Migros Museum in Zurich and the Neue Pinakothek in Munich

Amazing Cy Tombly paintings at the Brandhorst Munich, splashes of huge flowers that you discover almost alone and in silence.

The subtle intelligence of Junya Ishigami, Japanese architect exposed at the Cartier Foundation who shares his work and his humble convictions in a long fascinating interview.

The slap of the installation Ikeda + Forsythe at the Grande Halle de la Villette where the hypotising immersion in sound and light put senses upside down.

Artists and Robots twinning at the Grand Palais where the works question human measurements, poetry, creation, politics and philosophy.

Visionary breath of Tomas Saraceno at the Palais de Tokyo. "On Air" presents a breathtaking work that questions the power and fragility of nature and proposes, innovates, experiments with scientific, artistic and poetic solutions.

2019, I look forward to

"The Moon: from real travel to imaginary journeys" which will celebrate at the Grand Palais the fiftieth anniversary of the man on the Moon.

"Prehistory, a modern invention" in Beaubourg, already the title inspires!

"Recreate the living" in Beaubourg also, in the continuation of the program on new materials.

"Camp: Notes on Fashion" at the MET to motivate a trip to New York! Exuberant, extrovert, maximalistic, excessive fashion.
